1. Product introduction

HDPE silicon core pipe (HDPE silicon core pipe) is a new type of composite pipe with silicone peripheral lubricant on the inner wall, referred to as silicon pipe. It is synchronously extruded and compounded by three plastic extruders. The main raw material is high-density polyethylene, and the core layer is solid lubricant silicone with a low friction coefficient.

It is widely used in optical cable communication network systems.

The inner wall is smooth, the water flow resistance is small, it is not easy to scale, and the water delivery efficiency is high.

4. Low temperature resistance & anti-freeze cracking

Working temperature range: -40°C ~ 60°C, suitable for cold areas (such as northern permafrost zones).

4. Installation and maintenance

1. Installation method

Hot melt butt joint: suitable for large diameter pipes, with high joint strength.

Socket connection: commonly used for drainage pipes, sealed with rubber rings.

2. Construction precautions

The trench must be smooth to avoid damage to the pipe by sharp stones.

When backfilling, compact it in layers to prevent the pipeline from deforming under pressure.
