Proven Strength: Another Shipment of Steel Mesh Composite, MPP and PE Pipes
Recently, fully loaded trucks lined up inside the Anhui Suslid factory for another major shipment. Steel-mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipe, MPP power cable protection pipe and multiple PE product families were loaded in an orderly way for projects across China and overseas. Every checked and secured length of pipe represents the company's commitment to quality and delivery.
A close look at the shipment: focused handling and visible quality
Steel-mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipe uses a distinctive three-layer structure. High-quality PE forms the inner and outer layers, while high-strength steel wire is wound at close to the 54.7-degree balanced angle. A special hot-melt adhesive integrates PE and steel, providing high pressure capacity, external-load resistance and long life for municipal water, fire protection, energy and chemical projects.
MPP power cable conduit stands out for polypropylene's heat and external-pressure resistance. It is designed particularly for trenchless installation of cable systems above 10 kV, and combines insulation, high heat-deflection temperature, low-temperature impact strength, low weight, a smooth bore and heat-fused joints.
The PE shipment also includes water-supply pipe that is non-toxic, corrosion-resistant and long-lived; tough, reliably fused drainage pipe; flexible power cable protection pipe with elongation above 350%; and low-friction HDPE silicon-core pipe for optical cable installation and maintenance.
PE water pipe complies with national standards for safe urban and rural water systems. PE drainage pipe withstands impact and settlement, while fused joints are stronger than the pipe body. PE cable conduit resists impact and external pressure across varied foundations. HDPE silicon-core pipe provides a permanent solid lubricating layer for efficient cable blowing and later servicing.
